Get in If you’re having trouble with your Igloo Reader or test kits, 

please reach out using this form. We value your message and will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible. Include a short description of the issue and, if possible, a photo and the device’s serial number.

You can find the Unique Identification Number of the reader on a sticker on the bottom of the device, or on the  Home screen ->  Settings ->  About, 
or in Device settings of Dx Care or Dx Studio when reader connected to desktop app with USB.
You can find the Software Version of the reader in  Home screen ->  Settings ->  About, 
or in Device settings of Dx Care or Dx Studio when reader connected to desktop app with USB.
